The Secret Journey is geared at making journaling a simple yet effective process by dividing up important aspects of your day into smaller sections. Listing your daily goals, recognizing and acknowledging what you are proud of yourself for, amongst other things are a great part of building up your self-esteem. This journal also has special spaces for you to include a daily scripture and prayer.
